1. Package Pricing

The prices for the packages that you will find on our page are highly cost-effective. Please note that the prices mentioned here are given on a per-head basis. Individuals booking through our platform should also understand the fact that the given prices do not include the cost of food/drinks/any other service that you might avail of.

If any additional services are included in the package, it would be specified in a very clear way on the website or with the package details. One should also acknowledge the fact that the prices for these packages are subject to change without giving you any prior information. So, before you plan to book a package, check the renewed prices.

2. Mode of Payment And Confirmation

Our website allows you to pay through multiple modes of payment to process payment of packages. However, we recommend you use your credit cards for hassle-free payments. You can use credit cards from Visa, Discover, Diners, American Express, and MasterCard.

As soon as your payment is processed and confirmed, you will get a confirmation message along with a slip from dubaisafariparks.ae/ via your email. Make sure that you take a printout of the slip in order to redeem the services in your chosen package. Make sure that you provide the correct information in the booking form so that necessary travel arrangements can be made accordingly.

3. Cancellation And “No-Show” Conditions

• There is a separate cancellation policy for each tour and package on our website. Hence, make sure that you go through the cancellation policy of each package beforehand.
• In case you have booked a combo package or tour and wish to cancel one of the tours from the combo package, then you will not be able to avail of the combo offer provided to you initially. In this scenario, you will have to cancel your preferred tour individually and pay the price of the remaining tours individually. The money for the canceled package will be refunded to you based on the cancellation policy and you will get the amount back to your original source of payment.
• If you have applied for a Visa through our website and you wish to cancel your visa request, then you will not get any refund for it.
• Before booking a combo tour, make sure that all the tours in this combo are available. Otherwise, you will not be able to enjoy the unavailable tour even after paying the money.
• In the case of “No-Show” meaning that if you do not appear to avail of your package on the day you have booked the package, you are not eligible to get any kind of refund. No refund shall be provided to you neither for your tour nor for any additional services including food, car rentals, sightseeing tour, etc.
• Also, note that you won’t be able to get the tour or package rescheduled after the confirmation of the tickets.

4. The Cancellation Process

Those who wish to cancel their tour and package bookings should ensure to go through the cancellation policies well in advance. To cancel your bookings, you should write to us in writing. After receiving your request, we will provide the cancellation confirmation via phone, email, or any other mode of communication.

A cancellation fee is applicable about you will be notified through the same way of communication. In no case scenario, you should hold us accountable for the cancellation of your tours and packages. In case you do not request us in writing to cancel your bookings, your cancellation request shall not be processed and we shouldn’t be held responsible for this. The tour should be considered canceled only when you receive the cancellation confirmation.

5. Changes In Itinerary

Changes in itinerary can take place in case of any emergency such as poor weather conditions in that particular area, changes in aircraft schedules, or any other such scenario. In any such situation, dubaisafariparks.ae/ will offer you a similar tour package which will completely be subject to availability.

If any such changes in the schedule take place, you will be notified about the same well in advance/. However, we can make necessary minor changes without reimbursing the amount. Also, note that you are not subject to any reimbursement in case of natural disasters.

6. Terms And Conditions Regarding Hotel Accommodation

Just in case, we are not able to provide you with the accommodation that you have chosen, we will figure out and find you a similar alternative with similar preferences/services and in the same budget. However, we do not have any control over the check-in and check-out timings of any hotel/accommodation. Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you in any manner regarding early/late check-in and check-out.

7. Policy Regarding Travel Insurance

We recommend you have travel insurance in your name before you travel to your preferred destination. Our website shall not be held responsible in any manner in case you face any damages/issues due to an injury during the trip or you meet with an unfortunate accident or illness, or you face any kind of loss of baggage. Also, when you cancel the trip, it won’t be covered by us.

8. Travel Documents

A client will be solely responsible for carrying his/her travel documents and keeping them safe. Please make sure that you carry the necessary documents such as a valid national ID card, passport, and the booking confirmation slip of your package. In case you do not show up with the necessary documents, you are not entitled to get any refund, no matter what.

9. Restrictions On Website Usage

Anyone who is visiting this website has all the rights to explore this website for the purpose of gathering information and booking their desired packages. However, there are some restrictions on website usage for those who use this website for non-personal, commercial, or illegal use. 10. Governing Jurisdiction And Law

The Terms and Conditions that we have given here are bound by UAE Jurisdiction and Law i.e. if any dispute or issues arise in connection to our website, it will be handled on the basis of applicable laws in UAE.
